Accounting Manager - Seattle

Ideal candidate will have a 4 year accounting degree with minimum 2 years of full charge
Bookkeeping experience. Must have advanced working knowledge and demonstrated high level of proficiency of MS Office and Windows XP.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between clients, company and vendors
  • A/P; A/R; G/L; Office Purchasing; Job Costing; Fulfillment/Inventory Accounting; Cash Management
  • Payroll Management, Benefits Administration; HR management
  • Invoicing; Quarterly Taxes

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to negotiate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Must have a proven ability to enhance long-term relationships with clients, suppliers and employees. An ideal candidate delivers a high degree of tact and diplomacy while demonstrating tolerance and flexibility. This position requires the ability to work independently with high degree of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
