Founded on the complementary skills and personalities of two high school friends, The Compleat Company® started as a home-based screen-printed apparel company in 1989. Since then, we have become a full-service leader in the Promotional Products industry providing over 1100 clients nationwide with extraordinary solutions and service.

Along the way, we have assembled a talented and dedicated team of professionals who have consistently demonstrated their ability to satisfy the needs of clients with creativity and poise under pressure.

The Compleat Company® has been recognized six times by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the fastest growing private companies in Washington State. We are extremely proud of the many awards and recognition we have received as a result of our efforts.

Since joining ASI and PPAI as a distributor in 1997, Compleat has been able to select from an extensive database of roughly 750,000 promotional products available from over 4,500 different manufacturers. This allows us to deliver consistent quality and transform new ideas into distinctive solutions for clients.

In 2003, we created a fully integrated space in a new building that we currently own and occupy. This allows us to provide vertically integrated solutions that include onsite screen printing, embroidery, warehousing and fulfillment.

Our company culture places great emphasis on supporting the community and world in which we live. This guides our involvement in many charitable causes and goodwill initiatives, as a company and as individuals.
